In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as per the timelines below.
The credit card account of the Member will be re-credited with the refund amount by SONACHANDI. The refund amount will be credited to the Member's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card.
The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Member by SONACHANDI within seven (7) business days after the receipt of a request for refund by the Member.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
