When you are not satisfied with our product, SONACHANDI allows you to cancel your order online before the product has been shipped — your entire order amount will be refunded.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. To cancel, please contact our concierge at +91 99344 34485 or email concierge@sonachandi.com.
You can send the reason for the cancellation and SONACHANDI will review your request. Approval will be based on valid reasons. Once production has begun on custom or made-to-order pieces, cancellations cannot be accepted.
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, SONACHANDI will be glad to sort out the problem or exchange the product. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all certificates and tags attached.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange on the invoice value. You can return any of our products except for items that have been customized for you.
Please note: Customized or engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. SONACHANDI reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
SONACHANDI offers exchanges for size adjustments or alternative designs within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may write to us and we will be happy to assist with an exchange on the full invoice value.
